Fairway Seals – Overcladding & Gutter Replacement with Asbestos Safety Monitoring

In August 2023, Fairway Seals required a full overcladding solution and new gutter systems for their premises. Bosclad delivered the project with minimal disruption to day-to-day operations, prioritising safety and compliance throughout the process.

Works needed to be carried out while the client remained operational. Our team carefully scheduled works to minimise disruption to staff and business activity.
Due to the presence of asbestos in the existing structure, continuous air monitoring was implemented to provide peace of mind for the client and their employees.
The project was completed in full accordance with HSE guidelines, with strict procedures in place to ensure safe working conditions.
