Stowe Castle Business Park – Full Overclad with Heritage Guttering & Solar Reinstallation

In March 2020, Bosclad carried out a full overclad at Stowe Castle Business Park — one of three sites maintained for this long-standing client. The project required the temporary removal and later reinstallation of an existing solar system, along with careful attention to aesthetic and functional upgrades.

Challenges & Solutions:

The existing solar system needed to be delicately removed before works began. It was successfully reinstalled after the new roof was completed.
New valley gutters were installed, alongside hand-rolled, powder-coated aluminium gutters in a heritage style to match the building’s traditional appearance.
With multiple tenants onsite, the client was initially concerned about potential business disruption. Our team worked closely with all parties to coordinate works and deliver a smooth, minimally invasive process.

Outcome

A high-quality overclad and guttering system was delivered, enhancing the building’s performance while preserving its heritage look.
The solar array was safely removed and reinstated without issue.
